Everybody ,good evening !

Hardly striving , Enterprising and dealing with concrete matters related to work .With the efforts of 16 years ,we finally create a splendid today of Minxing persons. Here, I ,on behalf of the directorate of Minxing, would like to congratulate the success of Minxing cables Co. ,ltd with 16 years history , and I would like to sincerely say thanks from my heart for your contribution to Minxing including Minxing persons and our valued customers .

Today before 16 years ,Minxing was established. At that time, there are only several persons, the running scale is very small . Facing to many competitor of big enterprises, Minxing really walked very hard .But we are not retreated. The only thing we can do is working very hard and trying more hard .After several years of hard work, bravely striving with strong ambition, we finally got a little good performance and Minxing has a certain scale for cables. From the point of view of developing trend and marketing competition, we have total moved three factories address. Each moving is represent a flight .Today we have owned the first-class workshops, first-class machine devices, first-class working and living surroundings .All the performances are the result of Minxing persons' contributions and hard work. Again, on behalf on directorate of Minxing sincerely thanks for your hard work.

Thinking back of the hardship of yesterday, enjoying see the fruits of today ,the hard work of 16 years creates today's splendid success of Minxing . The performances are proud, but they have become history of yesterday. Yesterday cannot represent today ,today determines tomorrow , Only if we cooperate each other ,continuous develop Minxing persons' strong striving spirits, then I believe that Minxing's tomorrow will be more better.

Future is bright and the way is devious .China opens further markets, it brings a lot of chances and challenges for many enterprises. Meantime, we will face to strong challenges and we will personal walk into the marketing competition. Marketing competition is pitiless ,so we must let our Minxing more scale and more strong. We must produce the best cables and supply the best service to customers, and quote the most reasonable price. Only by doing these ,our Minxing can continuously run and long-lasting develop. Now Minxing is fast speeding , but the management cannot catch up with the development well. Minxing will further strengthen the management and strengthen training to increase stuff's making. Sincerely hope that everyone in Minxing can learn more, understand more, cooperate more and support more.

Minxing will create culture small society and establish high efficient big group .We insist on ¡°high starting ,high investment ,high efficiency and high sharing .Running management conception leads development of Minxing ,drives society to advance. To realize the great goal ,it needs every of us cooperate and work hard. Minxing requires that everyone can center Minxing as the overall situation ,requires that everyone have high working responsibility and centripetal force to be loyal to Minxing ,be loyal to upper leaders ,be loyal to yourself . I sincerely ask you to far away from dreaming . sincerely ask you to near doing and sincerely ask you making big things more detailed ,sincerely ask you to cooperate well and help each other . There is no person hero , only collective hero. Every thing must have a good result . We should be good at finding problem ,analyzing the problem and solve the problem. Management is managing persons, things and substance . During the course of it, we need understand to communicate with others ,well deal with the relations between the persons ,things and substance. Simplify the complicated things more simple, strict with simple problem .Only if we can think more ,then the solving methods must be more than hardship .Just same as cable , We produce cables ,seeing is complicated ,but we divide it into many working procedures ,each working procedures strictly was done under requirement of itself. Through these procedures ,we can produce good cables. Average persons can make many things beyond imagine. At the time of fast speeding, Minxing needs everyone constantly learning, constantly enhance, be good for bettering and needs everyone can make forward ,grow up and develop together with Minxing's .

Success are always be friendly to the persons who hard works with much ability. Minxing can develop into today's foundation walking out of the small scale 16 years before .I believe Minxing can also create more splendid future though everybody's efforts .
